Bugs Bunny No Meme Template

The request is your setup. “No” is the punchline. Add a caption above this close-up Bugs Bunny reaction.

Edit the caption in your browser. Export a five-second MP4. Drafts save in this browser on this device.

Three ways to use this reaction

Protecting the lunch break: “Can we meet during lunch?”

Protecting the lunch break

A short request gives the existing “No” a clear target without explaining the refusal afterward.

The late-night episode: “Just one more episode?” It is 1 a.m.

The 1 a.m. detail makes the boundary immediately understandable.

The optimistic alarm: My alarm: sunrise run. Me at sunrise:

The optimistic alarm

The contrast between the planned sunrise run and the actual response supplies the joke.

Let “No” do the answering

Write a request, invitation or expectation above the image. The printed answer below already completes the exchange, so another sentence explaining your refusal usually weakens it. A low-stakes setup—one more episode, a lunchtime meeting or an ambitious alarm—makes the stubborn reaction easy to read.

Which Bugs Bunny version is this?

This is the close-up “No” reaction, not Big Chungus, “Our”/communist Bugs or a “yes” edit. The word “No” is baked into the source image. The editable upper caption changes the setup; it does not erase lettering inside the artwork. If you need a different answer, replace the image with an appropriate version.

A joke can be playful or dismissive

Between friends, the image can be shorthand for an exaggerated boundary. In a serious conversation, a necessary answer deserves words of its own. Keep the caption short and let shared context do the work. If you only want to question a request, Chloe’s side eye is softer. If the request leaves you speechless, two-eyed Mike offers a blank stare.

Make your own version

  1. Open the template. The editor loads the source image and an editable caption layer.
  2. Replace the caption. Change the setup above the image and leave Bugs’s face and existing “No” visible. Preview once to make sure the request reads before the answer.
  3. Preview and export. Read the caption at normal speed, then download the five-second MP4. The source picture remains still.

You can replace the source image or reset the caption. Projects save locally in this browser; export a copy before clearing browser data. Drafts do not sync across devices.

Source and format notes

Know Your Meme traces the cropped, rotated frame to The Big Snooze (1946), with the “No” caption added in later reaction-image use. That caption is not evidence that Bugs says the word in the original moment. Kapwing’s template identifies the refusal format shown here.
