4.3 Content Deletion

We reserve the right to remove or delete any User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate. User Content may be automatically deleted from our servers after a certain period as specified in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

8. Service Availability

The Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or other reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service unavailability.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected results. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of AI-generated content.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REELMUSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ReelMuse and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ReelMuse operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Services.
