Three ways to use this reaction

The unintroduced guest: The group chat adds someone with no introduction

The unintroduced guest

The missing introduction gives the printed question a clear target.

A new collaborator: When a new name appears in the shared document

A new collaborator

An unfamiliar name in a familiar document creates a small mystery.

The unexpected player: Checking who joined our private game lobby

The unexpected player

The private setting makes the unexpected arrival recognizable.

Identify this Who Is He version

This template shows a stubbled, teal-shirted cartoon figure at a kitchen window, highlighted by a red arrow and yellow circle. The question WHO IS HE? is already printed inside the artwork. It is the Peppa Pig-style window reaction pictured in the examples, not every image or video that happens to use the same phrase.

Make the unfamiliar arrival easy to recognize

Give the viewer one reason the person or thing seems out of place: an unknown name in the group chat, a new face in a familiar photo, or somebody unexpectedly taking charge. The caption should identify the situation, while the printed question supplies the response. The exaggerated arrow and circle make a small mystery feel like a much bigger investigation.

Keep the mystery low-stakes

The fun is in the dramatic reaction to a harmless surprise. An unfamiliar delivery name or a friend's new profile picture can work without suggesting that a real person is dangerous. Avoid using the template as evidence about someone's identity or as an invitation for strangers to investigate them. It is a reaction format, not an identification tool.

Curiosity is different from suspicion

Use the printed question when the surprise is who has appeared. If you already know the person but doubt what they said, Chloe's skeptical look is more precise. If the response is an immediate refusal rather than curiosity, choose Bugs Bunny No. That distinction keeps a familiar image from carrying the wrong message.

Make your own version

  1. Open the template. The editor loads the source image and an editable caption layer.
  2. Replace the caption. Change the separate caption above the artwork. Preserve the figure, arrow, circle and printed question so the visual investigation remains legible.
  3. Preview and export. Read the caption at normal speed, then download the five-second MP4. The source picture remains still.

You can replace the source image or reset the caption. Projects save locally in this browser; export a copy before clearing browser data. Drafts do not sync across devices.

Source and format notes

This source reference shows the specific artwork used here. It identifies the pictured variant, not its first creator or a redistribution license. The three upper captions on this page are original examples. The artwork is an edited video thumbnail, with text, a circle and an arrow; those additions are not presented as an untouched cartoon frame.
